I am in the same boat as you in terms of not being overweight but have that little bit of stubborn stomach fat. I have tried all kinds of exercises but have found that area hard to get off.

Running and Swimming would overall help you out. You will start to notice a difference just by doing that. As well you want to try some target exercises like flutter kicks and stuff like that


there is no exercise in the world that will get rid of cellulite. this is because cellulite is a condition of the skin. Even very skinny people can have visible cellulite. there are many types of treatment options, from topical creams to laser therapy.
