how can I get rid of cellulite on my stomach?

i workout all the time, i eat healthy i dont understand why i have cellulite. THANKYOU ESTROGEN, THANKYOU VERY MUCH.

Eating healthy is good but still watch for your caloric input vs caloric out put. (how many calories you put on and burn off per day) . If your input is higher than output..weight gain will occur. Have the output higher so you can bur off the excess weight.


there is cream you can buy for it. If u work out all the time I don't see why u still have any unless you have been pregnant. well try doing more crunches to make your stomach skin harder. good luck!


Do a lot of cardio exercises to burn that fat, combined with a healthy diet. Cardio is a great way to melt away the fat. Also try more crunches/sit-ups to turn the fat into muscle. If you've tried your hardest, sometimes there are genetic factors or
