POINT PLEASANT — Jordan Muncy of Gallipolis Ferry has been named the 2017 Mason County Fair Queen.

Muncy was crowned Monday night on the main stage of the Mason County Fair during the popular Fair Queen Contest sponsored by Ohio Valley Bank.

She is the daughter of Pam and Scot Muncy and was sponsored by Pleasant Valley Hospital. Jordan is a 2016 graduate of PPHS and attends West Virginia University where she majors in accounting and minors in agribusiness. While at PPHS she earned a number of scholarships and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She’s been involved in a host of 4-H and FFA activities, holding club offices in both organizations. In addition, she’s shown livestock at the fair and holds several awards and degrees from FFA.

Joining Jordan in her royal court are:

First runner-up Kerigan Blake of Mason, daughter of Rodney Weaver and Rebecca Weaver who was sponsored by Hogg and Zuspan Materials and Co. Inc.

Second runner-up Emily Keefer of Leon, daughter of Jesse and Valissa Keefer and sponsored by B&G Heating and Cooling. Keefer also took home the Evening Gown Award.
