I've heard that dehumidifiers help with the respiratory system!

during an asthma attack run out into the cool cold air... it will help so much

Are there any good home remedies for asthma out there?

I have pretty bad asthma and just had 2 visits to the E.R. last night. A variety of things triggered my attacks this time. Scary stuff. I am on a number of meds. for it, but wondering some good home remedies I could try. TY!

- Steer clear of smoking and smokers
- Keep your house clean (cuts back on dust)
- Try to stay away from stressful situations as much as possible
- Keep your fluids up (well, I always had to do that)
- Minimize temperature
