    • PURE MANUKA HONEY & NOTHING ELSE? - That's right! The only ingredient here is pure manuka honey from New Zealand. That's it, no more no less. The process is simple. Bees in New Zealand feed and collect pollen exclusively from the blossoms of wild manuka bushes and trees. The bees then make their honey. Bee keepers collect the honey. We send it to you. THAT'S IT! You are not going to find genuine untreated raw manuka honey from New Zealand anywhere else at this bargain price.
    • WHY BUY THE REAL THING? - Make an educated purchase and avoid other manuka honey sellers that make claims without carrying a UMF rating. UMF is the association of New Zealand honey producers that governs the manuka honey UMF rating system. It specifically works to protect against honey labels making unsubstantiated claims to be "active" or "bio-active".
    • WHY DOES UMF 12+ MATTER? - Unique Manuka Factor, aka UMF, is a grading system of natural markers found in Manuka Honey, and assures purity and quality. The degrees break down as follows: 0 to 4 = Not detectable, 5 to 9 = Low to Mid levels, Over 10 = Useful Superior high grade levels. This Manuka Honey is UMF 12+ (Medical Grade)
    • WHY is MANUKA HONEY the BEST HONEY? Regular raw honey is already known for its tremendous nutritional and immune boosting abilities. Typical raw honey is a rich source of: Amino acids, B vitamins, B6, Thiamin, Niacin, Riboflavin, Pantothenic acid, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, and Zinc. Manuka Honey's nutritional content is up to 4 times that of normal flower honeys. This is what is called the Unique Manuka Factor.
    • WHY PUT HONEY ON YOUR FACE ? Historically honey has been used since Ancient Egypt to maintain healthy beautiful skin especially the face. It is one of nature's richest antimicrobial sources. Honey protects against damage caused by bacteria. Some honey also stimulates production of special cells that can repair tissue damaged by infection. In addition, honey has an anti-inflammatory action that can quickly reduce pain and inflammation once it is applied.

CMO interview: How IAG's first group marketing chief is using brand and creativity to fuel growth

“I thought if I could be on this side, I can make this great work, creativity and bravery happen,” he says. “It’s a somewhat naïve view, but I hoped to make a bigger difference going into marketing. I knew there was an appetite at IAG for it, despite what looks like a conservative, risk-averse insurance company.”

Smart’s remit upon joining IAG was clear: Transform marketing to drive growth. He describes the purpose-led vision overseen by IAG CEO, Peter Harmer, as one of disrupting the business before it gets disrupted, and using data, digital and creativity to transform into a customer experience-oriented organisation.

“So many businesses have been through restructuring, consolidating and cost cutting. But you can’t cut your way to growth,” Smart comments. “It might work as a short-term profit strategy but not a long-term one.

“I 100 per cent believe marketing is a growth function; it’s the job of marketing. And that’s how I want to be judged in this role.”

do i wear to much make-up for a 15 year old?

I am 15 years old, I live in New Zealand and I am a year 11 at college/high school.
I am quite small for my age, im about 153cm in height and im rather skinny. Anyway I want to know if my make-up is too heavy? And feel free if you have any tips

I'm not a huge expert on makeup, but my general advice for looking older is to wear natural looking colours and avoid anything too bright and 'experimental'. Eye liner is definitely a good idea.

If looking older is the issue there's loads

wont it be easier if you use a tinted moisturizer with spf and lip gloss?
mascara and brown or gray eyeliner will be ok
i dont think you need more

i sure did
