Don't eat breakfast its an uneccessary meal. I have not been eating breakfast since a child.
Eat whatever you want for lunch and dinner just don't stuff yourself.


Start eating really healthy and exercise!

How long and how often should I run to loss weight quickly?

I run twice a week for about 10 mines is that enough for a beginner? I am 35 years old, 5'10", 190lbs.

when I first begin a work out I dont go by min I go by distance the first time may have to be walk a 1/4 and then run 1/4 then walk and then run then the second time maybe be walk 1/4 run 1/2 and walk the last 1/4 then the next day run 1/5 and walk half


well you can run 1 to 2 miles in a day but you wont lose 20 lbs you will lose like about 40:)
