I train at around 2pm most days, which means a flat white at 1.30pm for a little caffeine kick. During training, I will throw Optimum Nutrition BCAA into my water which protects my lean muscle mass during intense sessions.

Which brand of whey protein is the best for quick results?

I weight about 120 and need to get up to 165 by the summer time. I am in the gym everyday and currently drinking the GNC whey protein. I have ran out. It seemed to do the trick but not as quick as I expected. I do not want to try creatine or any steroids.

Most of the whey protein in the US comes from similar sources so all are about equal. Make sure you use a pure whey protein with No artificial Sweeteners, No artificial Flavors, No artificial Fillers etc.

Working on your abs will build up your ab muscles. Taking whey protein can support your muscle development. But, if you're ONLY doing abs, then you don't need whey. I'd save the whey for the times when you decide to get in to heavy weight training. That's

If you want results you should add Running to the equation and then you will see results faster.
