I would like to know when is the best time to take whey protein together with creatine. Some told me to take creatine whey 15mins before going to the gym and after. Some told me to take whey and creatine in the morning then after 8 hours take whey protein.

I like taking them together pre workout and right before bed time. Been doing it for 5 years works great for size and strength.

mate take a smaller amount of whey protein 15 mins b4 u do weights.. after your done imidiatly take a larger amount of whey..

i dont know about creatine though, thats crazy stufff....if you are doing weights for bodybuilding use it..
