Do you need to mix whey protein with cold water? Or is it okay to mix it with a room temperature water?

The instructions in the whey protein container says to mix it with cold water. Also, does the ratio of whey protein to water need to be exact when mixing? Does the effect of whey protein change because of these factors?

It makes no difference what the water temp is..you will be fine. Make sure you are consuming a high quality chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives. Be part of the WHEY VOLUTION!!!

I mix with milk it tastes alot better also a little more protein

cold water just makes it taste better. like the difference between anything else that you would normally drink cold and what it would taste like warm.
don't think it will mix well if there is too much powder in the water to whey ratio.
