I have PaleoBars which are whey protein bars. All good, natural ingredients. I wanted to know if it was OK to have them once or twice a week. I know you have to be careful with protein shakes/powders so i wanted to know about bars while nursing.

Whey is a dairy derivative, so if you are okay to eat dairy, I see no harm in them.
