But you can make a homemade protein bar that is chock-full of ingredients you want and none that you don’t. I set off to create a no-bake, gluten-free protein bar that meets our ingredient standards, but also tastes good – and the outcome was incredibly delicious.

This recipe tested well with children and adults, and we are excited to find out what variations you come up with since the flavor combinations of this recipe are endless.

Is it OK to eat whey protein bars while breast feeding?

I have PaleoBars which are whey protein bars. All good, natural ingredients. I wanted to know if it was OK to have them once or twice a week. I know you have to be careful with protein shakes/powders so i wanted to know about bars while nursing.

Whey is a dairy derivative, so if you are okay to eat dairy, I see no harm in them.

It's fine to so.If you eat protein bars while breast feeding your baby will get so many muscles he'll be just like bam bam from the flintstones.You're baby will end up looking like a professional body builder if you eat those protein bars while breast
