I'm 19 yrs old,6'2",95 kg,ive started gymming,and i know i need to take whey protein as my muscles are weak and weight lifting can affect my muscles.As i dont need an athletes body but just a normal toned body,im planning to take the whey protein


I don't reckon you have to take protein mate. As long as you're eating eggs, weetbix, milk, chicken etc. you'll be fine. I bulked considerably in a month without protein shakes, but I went to the gym 5 days a week, 3 hours a day.
