I used to swim hardcore in highschool, and now I'm thinking of taking it back up. I remember that some girls left conditioner in their hair while swimming with a cap, and some girls used special shampoos that helped strip the chlorine out.

After swimming i shower and use Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner, after i use Aussie's 3 Minute A Day Deep Cleanse and Leave In Conditioner, they work great!! I also went to a salon last year and they told me to use Kenra Shampoo, it also works

Hair care for swimmers?

I'm an avid female swimmer (I swim every day), and my current shampoo and conditioner seem to be drying out my hair. The shine has also gone down considerably. Is there suggested product(s) that would solve my dryness/shine issue?
