I take a b complex vitamin, and I was wondering, is B complex all the b vitamins? (such as b1-b12?) Because on my bottle it says "B Complex" But on the back it looks like it just lists a couple B vitamins. Like it says "B6, and B12"

your better off taking multivitamin tablets instead because it has every vitamin and its a lot healthier....i do that :)
