What are your stress relief tips? I use this one whenever I'm stressed/angry/anxious/depressed/sad/frustrated, it just seems to work. I get a baseball bat and start hitting my bed (so it won't make much noise) as hard as I can until I'm tired. I always


screaming in a pillow and punching a cusion always works for me. theres another way. it sounds stupid but if i get angry or stressed, i stop whatever im doing and i count to ten slowly. afterwards i feel like the normal me,

They just need to toughen up and know that their life is a mess and quit cold turkey.

The best way for me to relief stress is exercise, preferably running. It has been proven to relief stress in tons of studies.
