If you mean the Therasense Freestyle Freedom made by Abbot, I love it!

It requires one of the smallest samples for testing, its fast, easy to use, accurate, and reliable.

I don't know about Freedom, but I used an Accu-chek Compact Plus for an assignment and I really liked it. The fact that it uses the test drums instead of the test strips was a huge plus for me. It was pretty easy to work, and had a very large display.
