Anorexia 'recovery' - is my dietitian right?

Ok, so this is really hard for me - I've just been diagnosed with anorexia although tbh I still don't think I have it because my weight isn't too low! I'm nearly 18, about 5 foot 2.5 inches and weigh 85 pounds (down from 127 in july) on my scales at home

i was anorexic and have recovered fully now
yes i met with many people like this who have no clue who they are working with . anorexia needs to be treated by someone who is experienced with this disease. your dietitian sounds rubbish , worse than

I've been in treatment for ED and this dietician sounds like she has never worked in this field. She needs to do blind weighs (where you get on the scale backwards, so you don't see) and only tell you if you are making progress, not that you are "gaining

ok first off, look up anerexia on wikipedia and see the side effects. youare permently damaging your brain and lowering your IQ. notice it says anorexia causes enlargement of ventricles-that is the same brain abnormality found in people with schizophrenia.

I have a huge appetite, what can I do to make it change?

I've always had a big appetite but I used to be young and my metabolism could keep up with it.
But now I'm pushing 40 with the same appetite and I've just busted out of my 42' waist uniform pants. And I'm female!! This is very not good.

Losing weight is simple science. Calories in vs. calories out. If you find you're hungry frequently divide your calories per day by 6 and eat 6 small meals per day. To find out how many calories you should be eating each day to lose weight you can use

ohhh thats a hard question.....I think you should start getting exercise that way you can actually keep up with it but then shed the pounds as well
