Infertility: Six things that decrease a couple's ability to have children

&Nbsp;has revealed that infertility has affected 15-20 million Indians in the last couple of years. According to health experts, recent researches show that about 40 % of men in India above the age of 31 are suffering from infertility, indicating that male infertility is on an alarming rise in the country. Experts blamed sedentary lifestyles, unhealthy eating habits, and environment which is highly polluted, for increasing infertility rates in the past few years.

Several factors can have an impact on your ability to conceive - such as your everyday habits, genetic disorders, environment, etc. Perhaps, if you and your partner are trying to conceive or planning to in the future, it would be wise to identify any potential risk factors either of you may have and tell the doctor right away. This is important because the sooner you detect and address the problems that may interfere with your fertility, the better your chances of becoming a parent. In addition to this, making certain changes in your lifestyle, such as eating a healthy diet, staying physically active, maintaining a healthy weight, not indulging in bad habits, etc, can help prevent infertility.

College age female here, libido question?

When sex was new to me, i cared about it. I've made my fair share of bad decisions and I've recently decided to stay celibate 'til I'm engaged. But part of it has to do with the fact that I just don't desire sex anymore. I really never think about it

If you have begun any new medications, they could have something to do with it. College stress could also cause something like this. Another thing could cause disgust with sex is if you were brought up thinking sex is bad. But if these are new feelings

could be due to bad experiences you've had with it

sometimes a man or a woman can lose interest in sex for some odd reason but i heard its natural but it should come back maybe your body knows you want to stay celibate until your engaged
