The net effect is higher muscle retention of carnosine, facilitating better, faster, muscle-building results.

I need a muscle building program.?

Lately I've been very busy and living a sedentary lifestyle. I'm a young guy (not a kid young, older then that). 5 feet 11 inches, approximately 170 pounds and 100% healthy. I'm built fairly muscular but would like to add some more muscle.

Power 90 and P90X are both good muscle building programs.
